Started off terrible

Getting into the concert was smooth. But when we got to our seats there were people sitting in them. The gentleman that was helping us had to go talk to someone else that works there to see what to do. Long story short someone was in their seats so they put them in our seats. Then they put us in different seats that weren’t ours and we were worried the whole time that the peoples seats we were in were going to show up at anytime. Never was able to enjoy our seats not knowing when the people’s seats we were in would walk up and want their seats. The people working there basically just said sit there and if/when they come we will try and figure out where to put you guys. Def not something I would ever want to happen again. If I buy a specific seat it shouldn’t be given to someone else bc their seat was taken. I paid a lot of money for our seats and to not be able to thoroughly enjoy an amazing concert was unacceptable.
